Energy transition of Pomorskie voivodeship to elctroprosumerism (TEE) – innovation shock: heuristics initiating the building of the voivodeship electroprosumeric crisis resilience
Polish reality of the mid-2023 is a still common ignorance of the scale of perils carried by violently growing gap between energy policy and the energy transition to electroprosumerism (TEE). Perils from the energy policy realised by the domestic version ot the GSTA triplet (global forceful anti-democratic triplet) which, subjected to the logic of successive occurrence of industrial revolutions, increasingly degenerates. And ognorance of chances that are carried by the TEE transition, even if in practice it is still not named so by the world (but is realised by it ) and it may never will. Making Pomorskie voivodeship the subject of a case study has a strong justification for two reasons: the first one is a fact that there occurs the widest gap between perils and chances you can find in all voivodeships in Poland. The second reason, after all resulting considerably from the first one, is a possibility to make an important step on the way to develop a standard concerning combination of theory and practice in the TEE transition on the level of voivodeship electroprosumerisation control front-ends.

Elektroprosumeric on/off grid microinstallation (PV and a battery pack) – case study (building of the electroprosumeric resilience in the population segment)
For many years an energy consumer has been fully dependent on the large-scale corporate power industry and his “power supply security” was strongly dependent on the connection point. But recently, new solutions have appeared which technically enable the full off-grid work but still, on this development stage, are very expensive. For that reason, the efforts to achieve a full independence of households is usually realised in stages. Described is here the building of an electroprosumeric resilience in a detached house through, at first, installation of a PV source (with hybrid inverter) and then energy storage facilities enabling full energy autonomy of this household for 24 hours. The discussed installation fits perfectly into steps taken to build the electroprosumeric resilience of local government entities striving for electroprosumerism (in the population segment). It constitutes a control front-end being a part of a LV network, a small city in this case. The genesis of investing into electroprosumeric self-resilience were frequent power cut-offs and losses connected with them (like food defrosting) as well as reduction of safety of the first author as a result of the alarm system deactivation. The analysed case study presents possibility to supply a detached house by PV microinstallation equipped with a hybrid inverter and a battery in case of power network failures with perspective to integrate further solutions (electric vehicle) making it possible to finally achieve a full electroprosumeric resilience.
