ELECTROPROSUMERISM – more than climate neutrality and energy
Shocking mainstreaming of the power industry, after an armed assault by the Russian Fedaration against Ukraine, into geopolitics sealed the inevitability of energy transition to electroprosumerism in the breakthrough innovation mode (TETIPE). From the other side it disclosed an extremely big entropic burden for functioning of the present systemic order of WEK-PK(iEJ) (i.e. large-scale corporate fossil fuel power industry including nuclear power generation) and additionally introduced the high entropy information war – which aim is maintaining the old order and obstructing the new one – into the public space. It causes fundamental and far-reaching consequences. It accelerates in the TETIPE the advantage – even the dominance – of the systemic, socio-political order over the economic (technical-technological and economic) one. The most practical consequence of the present geopolitical situation and the reason of state for Poland is the necessity to withdraw immediately from nuclear energy even not only because of its (entropic) economic inefficiency but above all due to the caused by this program socio-political risk in the form of authoritarian corporate-oligarchic systemic order. That is why the priority for Poland is the need to build socio-political competences oriented at reduction of the psychosocial entropy. The reduction which allows to diminish the cognitive delay of TETIPE, among the others by reducing errors of the false consciousness and other cognitive errors.

Electrotechnologies, industry 4.0 and heat and power generation as regards energy transition in the Breakthrough Innovation to Electroprosumerism Mode
The presented in this article subject matter concerns technical problems connected with the electroprosumerism theory elaborated by Prof. dr. hab. inż. Jan Popczyk and developed as part of the Smart Power Generation Seminar (SPGS). At the same time it is the perspective for practical actions and a task for pretenders to electroprosumerism creating these issues as part of the SPGS Panel nr 3 entitled “MSMEs entrepreneurs as pretenders to innovative electroprosumerism markets”. In the multidimensional structure of the described in the literature theory of electroprosumerism, the problems discussed in this article concern two electroprosumerism market areas of priorities: Nr 2 – network heating and off-grid heating i.e. heat and power generation, and Nr 4 – energy utilisation and electrotechnologies including industry 4.0 [1]. Electrotechnolgies, industry 4.0 and power and heat generation are seemingly three different problems. Seemingly, as they all three, in transition to electroprosumerism, are connected with optimum energy management using digital technology which is characteristic for the idea named “Industry 4.0”. Modern technologies, based on artificial intelligence, characteristic for the industry 4.0 and being implemented for utilisation in municipal economy, “before our very eyes” create the model of an integrated and sustainable world which has in its foundations protection of the environment and the respect for energy from renewable sources. An ideal energy model would be the one in which 100% of energy was the renewable energy used in a living environment of the type “smart home”, “smart factory” and “smart city”. A crucial element of this vision is the smart management of green energy generation, transmission, storage and optimum utilisation. Such energy model – as close to perfection as possible – is quite feasible but only with regard to the paradigmatic triplet consisting of electroprosumeric, exergetic and virtualisation paradigms [1]. The article takes account of the authors’ experience in building the electroprosumerism in the area of industrial electrotechnologies and industry 4.0 as well as it considers proposals of solutions in the CHP industry that is an important area of energy transition in industry and municipal economy. It is a pooling approach corresponding with the article [1] and relating to former articles and detailed descriptions presented by the authors.

Krzysztof Bodzek
Role of Local Government Units (JST) control front-ends in electroprosumerization of Poland
Bottom-up building i.e. energy transition in the mode of breakthrough innovation to electroprosumerism (TETIPE) needs inegration of many currently separate (silo) energy sectors. They are sectors of electrical energy, heat, gas, liquid and solid fuels. Integration realised in TETIPE transition will lead to phasing out of majority of these sectors and this will evoke resistance. Presented here is a suggestion to carry out the transition with the use of JST control front-ends. This suggestion arises, on the one hand, from the high level of network structure matching to JST functioning areas and, on the other, from possibility to making use of local governments in realisation of activities integrating various areas including inhabitants, education, health service and also energy and entrepreneurs’ sectors. Brought forward is electroprosumerization of Poland with the help of distributed control front-ends connected with JSTs – including the method to meet demand for energy by means of RES sources – and shown are marginal and average annual costs of energy generation in OK(JST) front-ends. Described are coditions of the front-ends impact on networks, especially by virtue of their utilization by distributed electroprosumeric front-ends. Characterized are functionalities of selected technical solutions connected at various voltage levels and signalled is the issue of data exchange and security. Given are examples of JST grassroots activities verifying the concept of electroprosumerism.
Keywords: JST control front-ends, grassroots activities, hierarchical solutions, functionalities of converters and energy storages, data exchange and security
